Convenient location near major transportation hubs and attractions. Well-appointed and comfortable rooms with a spacious layout. Excellent amenities including a variety of dining options and a pharmacy. Friendly and helpful staff who catered to all needs and provided quick and informative service. Access to the executive lounge with great breakfast and afternoon drinks, where the staff were great too provide personalized service.
The smell of cooking in the lobby lounge area can be unpleasant and stick to hair and clothing. During peak season, there were issues with lounge access and limited food options, leading to inconvenience and disappointment.

The hotel is conveniently located in an underground mall just across the street from the train station. It is very convenient to get to Ebisu station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel are amazing, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Additionally, there is a covered skywalk that connects the hotel to nearby restaurants and attractions, providing convenience and variety for guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay for guests. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet and have access to a lounge with stunning views of the city skyline.
The WiFi speeds at the hotel could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness center, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services were all top-notch. the restaurant was remarkable, offering special diet menus and in-room breakfast. We especially enjoyed the bar/lounge area with its great snacks and private facilities.
The only minor issue we had was with the service. Although the staff was courteous and helpful, there were a few instances where we experienced lost in translation.
